I've been in this game for over 16 years, working in the Coaching and Wellbeing industry, and learning the ins and outs of Psychology and Business. And let me tell you, there's something incredible about seeing someone truly heard, truly seen, and genuinely empowered.
But hey, it hasn't always been smooth sailing. I've had my share of turbulent seas - mental health battles, eating disorders, job losses, financial struggles, messy relationships, divorce, and navigating the maze of single parenting. Each challenge, every stumble has been a tough but powerful lesson, a source of unending motivation.
About six years ago, I started my Coaching business. The dream? Provide for my little boy, cherish every moment with him, create the freedom lifestyle I'd been craving, and most importantly, make a real, lasting difference to others.
